Job brief:

We are looking for a dynamic call center trainer to join our company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for scheduling and conducting training sessions for new call center agents, and supporting employees to keep productivity up.

To ensure success as a call center trainer, you should have excellent knowledge of call center procedures and expertise. Call center trainer is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for call center agents.

Call center trainer must have strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with the agents. Trainer must also be able to think on its feet and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital and print educational material (e.g. videos and manuals)
  • Identify individual and team skills gaps
  • Schedule regular training sessions (e.g. monthly or quarterly)
  • Ensure new hires take on basic sales training courses, including communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Creating and updating training materials, including handouts and workbooks
  • Developing new training programs to help agents improve their skills and knowledge in specific areas such as customer service or technical support
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations of all agents to identify areas for improvement
