Our company name is Virtual Assistant Solutions and we are registered with FBR. The Jobs we are offering are remote jobs. Also, it requires self learning. Training videos will be shared with you to learn and you will be required to pass a test in order to qualify for the job.
We are looking for a remote based Lead Generation Specialist,
Who can work in tough environment and provide best results with their work ethic and professionalism. You will be monitoring USA based Real Estate referral groups on Facebook and your job is to identify the cities for our clients and send referral information to our clients after finding the contact information of the person who posted the referral within 2 to 3 minutes.
Timings:
1 Slot 5 pm to 1 am (8 hours and 5 days a week = Monday to Friday)
1 Slot 1 am to 9 am (8 hours and 5 days a week = Monday to Friday)
1 Slot 9 pm to 5 am (8 hours and 2 days a week = Saturday and Sunday)
Salary:
500 rupees per hour in Probation.
After probation it will be 850 rupees per hour.
Selected Candidates will get an intro/demo about actual work. If they feel they are capable of doing it they will be provided with rest of training material. Training can go up to 3 weeks and after that there will be test. 5000 rupees bonus will be given to you with your first monthly. Probation time period is minimum 3 and maximum 6 months.
Note: Training period is not paid.
Requirements:
1. Due to remote Job, you should have at least
a) 2 different high speed internet connections at your home. (Minimum 10 Mbps)
b) UPS in case of load shedding.
c) i3/i5/i7 (6th generation or plus) Laptop / Desktop
2. At least 5 years experience in any USA based campaign. Specially candidates who have worked in any trucking campaign will be preferred as you will have better understanding toward demographics of USA.
3. It requires an excellent understanding of the English language, so if you cannot read or write in English don’t apply.
4. You should have good hands-on keyboard and speed of 50 wpm in order to co-up with pace of the work.
5. Knowledge about skip tracing (finding number and email) will really help you in training.
