A USA-based medical Company is looking for an experienced “Medical Payment Posting Specialist”. Must have knowledge of Medical Insurance EOB/ERA payer codes.
Full Job Description
- Must be able to identify all ERA/ EOB codes on payment
- Must have 835 payment file download and upload experience
- Should be able to enroll payer era for electronic ERA payment posting to different systems
- Able to Learn and be comfortable with changes
- Follow up and post all payer payments in a timely manner for Billers to proceed with any Reconsideration Review or appeals
- Should have billing knowledge to assist in any other areas
- Good communication skills
- Should be fast with numbers and able to resolve to post accurately for financial reporting purposes.
- Must be able to keep logs on overpayment issues and forward such to the proper department for further review.
- Should be able to resolve any posting issues referred by other team members.
- Should be a Team Player with their team members
- Should have relevant experience of at least 2 years.
