Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver solutions within a multi-functional Agile team
  • Develop expertise in our proprietary enterprise software products
  • Set and maintain a level of excitement in using various technologies to develop, support, and iteratively deploy real enterprise-level software
  • Achieve an understanding of customer environments and their use of the products
  • Build solutions architecture, algorithms, and designs for solutions that scale to the customer’s enterprise/global requirements
  • Apply software engineering practices and implement automation across all elements of solution delivery

What we’re looking for:

Qualification:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience with a deep understanding of Object-oriented programming.
  • CRM (Salesforce) Mandatory, Informatica, C#, Asp.net, SQL, REST/Web API, Strong OOP Concepts, Integrated Platforms, Deep understanding of Design Patterns, and strong analytical skills.
  • Good experience in Classic/Lightning salesforce development, in both configurations and customizations such as Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visual Force Pages, LWC, Integration (both REST & SOAP), batch classes, and schedulers.
  • Ability to resolve serious performance-related issues through various techniques, including testing, debugging, and profiling.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Possess a true “roll up the sleeves and get it done” working approach; demonstrated success as a problem solver, operating as a client-focused self-starter.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Good to Have:

  • Experience or familiarity with Azure DevOps
  • Proven record of accomplishment in solution-focused problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams utilizing agile practices.

Job Description

Scope of Job

To maintain a vast knowledge of accreditation bodies both at national and international policies, eligibility criteria, and guidelines and implementing them in an organization along with providing awareness to Deans/Directors and other benefices of the schools or institutes.

Major Responsibilities

  • To take the proactive lead in planning, managing and operationally supporting all requirements of external accrediting bodies for the School and its programs.
  • For each accrediting and professional body activity/requirement, create and Develop a suite of dynamic project plans to ensure that all activities relating to the university accreditations are delivered to a high standard and as per published deadlines and expectations.
  • To develop and maintain a rich internal network of contacts within the University and will advise and brief senior managers (within faculty and management offices) on activity and progress regularly.
  •  Communicates all corrective actions and proposals necessary to maintain compliance with all areas of accreditation.
  • To work with a diverse range of process owners within the School and College to make sustainable improvements to the University’s data accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners such as assessment providers, funding and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and continually improve tools to support partnerships division and participant support to answer participant and customer inquiries relating to accreditations.
  • To provide support to other accreditations as necessary and liaison with external accreditation bodies to ensure an excellent working relationship is established and maintained.
  • To assist in the preparation of materials and information for the publication of departmental annual reports.
  • To participate in regular conferences and guide staff on planning, data analysis, accreditation, and other related matters.
  • Identify priorities and organize workloads, and deploy and use resources effectively and appropriately.
