Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Student Counselor / Admission Officer who will be responsible to advise students about study abroad, university programs, and other study pathways with strong organizational and administrative skills.
We require an individual with strong people focus & commitment to building relationships both inside and outside the company.
You will responsible for providing all-around support with office facilities and assistance.
Responsibility Includes:
- Ensuring the office runs efficiently, including liaising with facilities/premises management
- Coordinating with education partners and clients to finalize student admissions.
- Assisting with events management & Education/Career Expos as and when required
- Fully responsible for the entire application process of students (from documentation to visa application submission)
- Client management in reference to parents/guardians of students as well as individual students
- Following up on prospective students via phone calls and emails
Skills and Experience:
- Previous work experience especially in the Canadian education sector as well as Uk & Australia is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication, quick learning, and the ability of multi-tasking
- Highly Competent with MS office
- Ability to work well in a team environment
